How we sped up FedEx in 32 markets


What they wanted

FedEx operates in over 30 markets in Europe. Each of these markets requires localisation of FedEx assets. However, a client that’s carved out a reputation on being fast, needed a hyper-responsive solution to create local versions of assets for all of these markets - at pace.

What we did

We set up a fully remote response team across Europe to work in coalition with our in-house team. Consisting of a crew of freelance designers, artworkers and remote production workers, we were able to create a round-the-clock support network to deliver assets quickly that could then deliver back-to-base content to our team.
